GENERALS
The following terms and conditions are all accepted when purchasing a product on www.ggputters.com. The purchase can only be made by a private individual. The prices of each product are in Euros and include VAT. Product prices do not include shipping costs that will be calculated at check-out or any additional costs of your country (e.g., taxes or customs duties). Please inquire about your country’s law. The method of product coloring (anodization) may have slight variations in tone between batches and, therefore, may differ slightly from those shown on the website. Orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel the order due to force majeure, and in this case, we will endeavor to refund the customer as soon as possible. The texts and images on the site may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, sent and/or disseminated without the permission of the seller. For any dispute related to the trade of GG Putters products, the Court of Brescia will have exclusive jurisdiction.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods by sending a written notice to office@ggputters.com. This communication must contain the order number and a description of the product you wish to return (model and colour). Shipping costs for the return are at the customer’s expense and must be sent to the following address: GM PRODUCTION srl – Via Taranto, 7 – 25036 Palazzolo sull’Oglio BS – ITALY. The goods must be returned well-packed to avoid damage during transport. The refund will be made upon receipt of the goods within 30 days of receipt of the return on the method of payment used at the time of purchase, after verifying the condition of the returned product. If the goods are returned tampered with or deteriorated due to inadequate packaging for transportation, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at his or her expense.
Missing original packaging, damaged original packaging or missing parts of the product and/or packaging will invalidate the acceptance of the return.
SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped with BRT in Italy and FedEx in all other countries. Barring extraordinary complications, shipment will be arranged within 5/6 business days of order confirmation. Merchandise travels at the customer’s risk. In case of non-delivery of your order within 10 business days, please notify our customer service department by sending an e-mail to office@ggputters.com.
Any additional costs due to the laws of your country (e.g., customs fees or duties) are charged to the buyer. We therefore invite you to inquire upon receipt of the goods.
PAYMENT
Payment for orders can be made by credit card (American Express, Maestro, Master Card, VISA), PayPal or Klarna. Goods will be prepared for shipment as soon as payment has been accepted.
WARRANTY
GG PUTTERS products are covered by a 2-year warranty for conformity defects and/or failures. The warranty will not apply in case of negligence and carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product. The customer can report the problem by sending an e-mail to office@ggputters.com which must contain: the name and characteristics of the product, the order number, the date of purchase and a detailed description of the problem together with pictures/videos of the defect itself.
PRIVACY
GM PRODUCTION srl guarantees the confidentiality of personal data provided and the full respect of the obligations established by Law no. 675/96 and Legislative Decree. N.196/2003. The personal data provided from the customer will be treated with computerized systems and with the help of third parties connected to the corporate, solely for purposes related to the correct execution of the purchasing contract. In defect of the consent and case of assessed mendacity of the communicated information from the customer, the order will not be made.
